As I suspected, there was a tomcat fairy that sprinkled some SVN dust which resulted in the updating of our 4.4 environment. I slowed down the Office Time video with a highly specialized video equipment with FFT (Fairy Filter Technology) and as you can see at frame 1.09, the tomcat fairy was clearly at work, with her own laptop.
